• Team Leadership: Inspiring and managing your team to deliver on stock availability and wider business goals.
• Demand Planning: Managing demand and stock investment to maximize sales and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively identifying potential issues and driving swift, effective resolutions to mitigate business impact.
• Collaborative Relationships: Building strong, effective relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure operational excellence.
• Financial Acumen: Utilising business intelligence and numerical analysis to manage budgets and drive operational efficiency.

• Significant demand planning experience and a strong understanding of WSSI (Weekly Sales, Stock, and Intake).
• Excellent data analysis skills and the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence at all levels.
