Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Bournemouth. The responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, performing clerical duties, and maintaining organized records. Qualifications- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
- Experience in Clerical tasks to organize office operations efficiently
- Ability to manage schedules, documentation, and correspondence professionally
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
- Proficiency in standard office software is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
