Identifying opportunities to add value beyond compliance and offering practical advice
Collaborating with colleagues and supporting the wider team Contributing ideas to improve processes and service delivery
The ideal candidate will be:

Experienced in accounts preparation, VAT, self-assessment, and corporation tax Familiar with cloud accounting software such as Xero, Quick Books, or Sage (VT experience beneficial but not essential)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident problem-solving independently

Ambitious, with a clear desire to progress and complete professional qualifications
This role offers full study support, exposure to a varied client base across multiple sectors, and the opportunity to develop into a well-rounded accountant within a supportive environment.
