Shift: 3-shift rotation

A well-established FMCG manufacturer in Bourne is looking to strengthen its engineering team with an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

This Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role sits at the heart of production, focused on keeping machinery running safely, reliably, and efficiently in a fast-paced FMCG environment. If youre a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer who enjoys hands‑on fault‑finding, breakdown response, and improving reliability, this is for you.

• Planned preventative maintenance on production machinery
• Reactive maintenance to mechanical and electrical breakdowns
• Fault‑finding on motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, bearings, chains, belts
• Basic fabrication and welding where required

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Solid mechanical maintenance background in manufacturing
• Electrical fault finding experience
• Ability to read mechanical drawings

• Salary up to £48,000
• Work from Monday to Thursday – Fridays off!
