Learning Support Assistant – Ad‑hoc / Flexible Supply

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, can integrate quickly into new environments, and is confident supporting pupils across the primary age range.

• Support the class teacher with the delivery of lessons
• Provide 1:1 support for pupils who require additional guidance
• Lead and assist with small group interventions
• Support pupils with general classroom learning and targeted intervention work
• Supervise pupils during break times and in the lunch hall
• Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive environment

• Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
• Has proven experience working within a UK primary school setting
• Is confident supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
• Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills
• Is flexible, proactive, and able to adapt at short notice

This role would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to maintain flexibility while continuing to make a positive impact in schools.
