White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, has been serving customers for over 103 years and is looking for friendly, fun, and energetic Crew Managers. Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible, and trustworthy leaders.
Day‑to‑day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle, and more.

Responsibilities- Organize shifts
- Handle cash
- Manage inventory
- Oversee customer service and satisfaction
- Motivate and lead the team
- Work the cash register and drive‑thru
- Prepare orders and maintain sanitation
- Work the fryer/griddle
Previous food service or management experience. A caring, responsible, and trustworthy leadership style.

Pay Rate: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour
