  • Lead and support operational readiness activities related to maintenance outages and turnarounds, including coordination of safety and work planning.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, including PSM requirements.
  • Analyze production and process data to identify trends, uncover root causes, and implement sustainable performance improvements.
  • Serve as a process owner for assigned manufacturing areas, driving continuous improvement initiatives from idea through implementation.
  • Support Management of Change (MOC) activities for process modifications, temporary operations, and equipment upgrades.
  • Collaborate with safety and quality teams to ensure processes are designed and operated with risk reduction and compliance in mind.
  • Maintain accurate and current technical documentation following process or equipment changes.
  • Contribute technical expertise to training efforts related to new equipment, process changes, or operational best practices.

  • Experience supporting chemical manufacturing operations within a PSM‑covered facility.
  • Demonstrated hands‑on production or plant engineering experience, particularly in a continuous or batch processing environment.
  • Working knowledge of GMP, process safety, and manufacturing compliance expectations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex process issues and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience with manufacturing systems, process controls, or plant data historians is beneficial.
  • Strong ownership mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating across functions.
