Job Title: Part-Time Dispatcher - Driver Support Coordinator

Compensation: $18 Per hour

Schedule: Thursday 1:30PM-9:30PM, Friday 1:30PM-9:30PM, Saturday 1:30PM-9:30PM; additional availability may be required based on company needs

Location: Bountiful, Utah

Status: Part-Time

The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of deliveries to patients and supporting drivers in routing and delivery operations. • Coordinate, route, schedule deliveries, assemble orders, and facilitate payment processing
• Create transportation manifests and other required records for patient deliveries
• Answer calls with a cheerful, positive attitude pertaining to dispatch orders or courier drivers needing assistance on their routes
• Maintain knowledge of company products and current state laws regarding medical cannabis and delivery regulations
• Monitor routing software and communicate effectively with drivers throughout the day; be the point of contact for driver assistance on routes
• Ensure rostered drivers have a route in the system and in the correct delivery area; make route changes and assignments in routing software (training provided)
• Light scheduling: learn scheduling tools and make approved changes as needed
• Perform other job duties as requested

• 1+ years dispatch and/or logistics experience preferred
• 2+ years customer service experience preferred
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with new software
• Experience with smartphone applications
• Good teamwork mentality and the ability to build trustworthy relationships
• Experience in the transportation/dispatch industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment; reliable and dependable
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods, crouch, bend, and lift up to 10 lbs
• Working phone with internet access; ability to communicate verbally and hear audio
• Must pass a pre-employment/post-offer background check
• Must be 21 years of age or older
