We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that offers a unique menu selection of more than 40 fresh baked pastries, pies, cakes, and muffins, all made with honest, whole ingredients.

• MUST HAVE MORNING/DAYTIME AVAILABILITY (Full-time positions only)

• Follow recipes and pay close attention to details to create unique pastries and baked goods.
• Lifting large amounts of dough, flour, and other supplies (50 lbs. or more) and standing, lifting, and mixing throughout the shift.
• Work through change and remain flexible while keeping a close eye on what’s cooking.
• Work early mornings – all shifts start at daybreak, so you need to be an early bird.

• 1+ year of large‑scale baking/pastry experience, preferably with quick decoration of pastries.
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal food handling and sanitation regulations.
• Formal baking or pastry education is a bonus but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
