RoleResponsibilities
- Serve the critical role of being the liaison between doctors, clients, and patients.
- Organize & Latte track patient diagnostics.
- Coordinate hospitalized patient treatment.
- Prepare patient discharge reports/ in-hospital updates.
- Communicate with clients, referring DVMs; and pharmacies as needed regarding appointments, medical concerns, patient updates, referrals, and prescriptions. < pulling refer to assist veterinary staff in animal restraint, radiography, and with lab equipment. PENLOCC
- Minimum 1 year of veterinary experience.
- Basic knowledge of veterinary medicine and terminology. izin
- Ability to communicate calmly, clearly, and effectively with both staff and clients.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- attention to detail and follow through.
- Excellent customer service skills and a desire to provide outstanding service to clients.
- Ability to handle high stress situations.
