Job Title: Fulfillment Lead

Compensation: $23 Per Hour

Schedule: Sunday 10AM-6PM, Monday 7AM-3PM, Tuesday 10AM-6PM, Friday-Saturday 10AM-6PM (off Wed/Thu)

Location: Bountiful, Utah

Status: Full-time

The Fulfillment Lead will be responsible for overseeing the Fulfillment team on a daily basis and providing support to the Fulfillment Supervisor and other members of the management team.

Responsibilities include:

Daily Duties:

• Proactively oversee the DIO change request queue and front inbox
• Provide guidance and support to fulfillment agents
• Address day-to-day questions, assist dispatch in locating missing orders, and ensure DIO and MJ orders are closed and processed
• Prioritize time management and attention to detail to ensure all orders are fulfilled by the pack-by time and in the correct location for the dispatch team
• Conduct regular inventory counts for supplies and communicate needs to upper management
• Ensure all canceled orders are properly processed and returned to inventory in a timely manner
• Monitor processes for compliance with laws, regulations, and company guidelines
• Other job duties as requested

Scheduling and Shift Coordination:

• Support development and maintenance of schedules for the fulfillment team, optimizing resources
• Aid in timecard adjustments and approvals for fulfillment agents biweekly
• Proactively address coverage or attendance issues and assist with daily task assignments

Issue Resolution and Documentation:

• Input Dev Bug issues and IT tickets as necessary
• Assist with questions from the team and dispatch
• Maintain detailed, organized notes and documentation for employee issues, coaching, 1:1 meetings, etc.
• Collaborate with HR to communicate employee issues, needs, and engagement

Leadership:

• Assist in holding regular team and training meetings to maintain open communication and alignment with company needs
• Designate tasks to employees based on skillset and business needs
• Support regular check-ins and 1:1s with Fulfillment Agents for feedback and coaching; track performance data, conduct corrective actions, maintain documentation, and independently issue rewards
• Communicate with other teams to obtain feedback on performance and collaborate on improvements

Team Support and Development:

• Be actively involved in interview and hiring processes, and assist in new hire orientation and training
• Support development of a skilled and cohesive fulfillment team
• Collaborate with upper management to document, maintain, and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods, crouch, bend, and carry up to 50lbs
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Good teamwork mentality and ability to build trustworthy working relationships
• Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem solving
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous inventory/warehouse experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must be able to work every weekend (Friday and Saturday) and some holidays
