  Experience:
  
  2+ years of food service management (preferred).
• Serve Safe Certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.

• Lead by Example: Be a team player by fully overseeing all tasks and duties of Team Members.
• Team Development: Assist with the training, mentoring, and supervision of store team members.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure proper and safe food preparation while maintaining clean self‑serving options (food & drink dispensers).
• Operational Excellence: Complete inspections of facilities/equipment with the Store Director and for third‑party inspections.

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds

• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
