Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner role based in Bountiful, UT. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate mental health care. Day-to-day tasks include conducting mental health assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, prescribing and managing medications, and collaborating with other clinicians to create personalized care plans. You will work directly with clients across a wide range of ages, providing ongoing support to promote emotional wellness and recovery.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Mental Health Nursing and Psychiatric Care
  • Experience as a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on Mental Health Care
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices and psychiatric treatment approaches
  • Active certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or equivalent credentials
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with a diverse client population
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Understanding and compassion for individuals facing mental health challenges
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialty in psychiatric or mental health care; active state licensure required
  • Prior experience working in a similar clinical setting is
