Behavioral Health Solutions is an insurance‑based, multi‑specialty, mental health clinic specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of mental health issues. We treat patients of all ages offering individual, group, and couple’s therapy via in‑person and telehealth services.

Our Clinicians are W2 employees eligible for full benefits packages including a retirement plan, PTO, and medical insurance. Additionally, we provide liability insurance and all administrative services (billing, scheduling, marketing, payment collection, etc.). We strive to create an environment where clinicians feel personally valued and are unburdened by administrative duties and other stressors that so often lead to burnout. We have a strong team of mutually supportive and compassionate clinicians, and we are looking for a candidate who is seeking to contribute to such a culture.

To allow for your flexibility, we pay primarily for billable hours. Clinicians are able to set a personalized schedule that meets the needs of the practice as well as their own individual needs. A healthy work‑life balance is strongly encouraged and supported in our practice.

• Complete diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting in the office and remotely over telehealth software.
• Complete documentation in a timely fashion remotely in our EMR (Athena I).
• Comply with agency policies and procedures.

• Full‑time or Part‑time, W2, and Independent Contractor options are available.
• In‑person and Hybrid (Telehealth/Onsite) options are available.

• Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master’s degree and Utah licensure as LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain an individual NPI (National Provider Identifier).
• Credentialed with Select Health and/or Blue Cross Blue Shield – a plus, but not a requirement.
• Available for weekly staff meetings, on Wednesdays from 1:15 pm‑2:15 pm MST.

• $48,000 - $78,000 annually DOE and Pay Model
• Billable Hour Model, no waiting on reimbursements
• W2 and Independent Contractor options are available.
• Compensation is determined based on licensure (Independent vs Associate level), pay model preferred, and experience.
