SUMOFIBER is seeking a dependable and professional Front Desk Receptionist / Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and vendors while assisting with administrative tasks, office organization, and general operational support.
This position will also assist with administrative and operational tasks for Real Deals
, including data entry and management of the online Shopify store.
Because this position manages front desk responsibilities and daily office support,
consistent and reliable attendance is essential
. The front desk must be staffed during scheduled business hours, and this role requires someone who can be present and dependable during the assigned shift.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative, customer service, and operational tasks.
ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Customer Interaction
- Greet visitors, customers, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff
- Respond to general inquiries and route messages accordingly
- Assist customers with basic questions or connect them with the correct department
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment
Administrative & Secretarial Duties
- Provide administrative support to management and office staff
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records
- Prepare basic correspondence, documents, and reports
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Monitor and restock office supplies as needed
Real Deals Support & Shopify Management
- Assist with administrative tasks for Real Deals
- Perform product data entry and inventory updates
- Assist with managing the Shopify online store
- Upload product listings, descriptions, and photos
- Maintain product inventory and pricing accuracy
- Assist with order tracking and fulfillment coordination
- Support online store organization and updates as needed
Office Maintenance & Organization
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Perform light office cleaning duties including:
- Emptying trash
- Cleaning shared surfaces
- Organizing supply areas
- Keeping conference rooms presentable
- Assist with general office organization and upkeep
Additional Duties
- Support operational tasks and administrative projects as needed
- Assist team members when additional office support is required
- Help maintain a professional and productive workplace environment
