Ripton is a small, scrappy high-performance denim business that is rapidly growing.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring on-time order fulfillment, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, shipping and receiving. Your role will involve picking and packing orders, processing returns, supporting inventory management, and handling various warehouse tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Pick and pack orders with precision and urgency
• Receive, disassemble and stock palletized shipments with Warehouse team
• Maintain supplies and shipping materials to prevent interruptions in order fulfillment
• Perform digital tasks involving inventory management, transfers, shipments
• Work with the E-Commerce Experience Specialist and Warehouse team on resolving customer order questions or issues
• Manage a clean and organized warehouse environment from shelf to workspace
• Complete repetitive tasks with an exceptional focus on detail and urgency
• Continuously communicate, problem-solve, and seek efficiencies in warehouse operations in a team-oriented manner

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling and shipping is required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 50lbs as required
• Strong attention to detail, team-oriented, and open to feedback and improvement
• Excellent timeliness and self-management skills
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining effectiveness under varying workload conditions
• Experience in e-commerce platforms, inventory software management and/or customer service is a plus

Although the warehouse is one of the more systematic areas of the business, there is opportunity for other ad-hoc operational and/or marketing projects in time, as well as growth in areas of logistics, product, supply chain and more. You’ll work closely with our small team and contribute directly to the brand’s success.
