Truck Team Member – General Labor / Customer Service / Driver

Start Immediately!

• Start each day at our Boulder office, team up with a partner, and plan your routes.
• Drive our shiny blue trucks to homes and businesses around Boulder and nearby areas.
• Remove unwanted items, deliver awesome customer service, and leave every job site with a smile.
• Sort and dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donations, and proper waste management.

Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

• 21+ years of age (required for insurance purposes)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
• A positive, outgoing attitude and great communication skills
• Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly
• Previous customer service, sales, physical labor, or driving experience is a plus

• Age Requirement:
  Must be at least 21 years old.
• Driver’s License:
  Valid standard driver’s license required.
• Experience:
  
  Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
• Physical Capability:
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Relevant
  
  Experience:
  
  Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.

Pay:
Earn up to $29/hr all-in (including hourly pay, tips, and performance bonuses paid on every paycheck!).

Up to $29.00/hour
