We're hiring Field Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a high-income, high-autonomy field role for individuals who enjoy meeting people, solving problems, and working outdoors.

You'll be the face of Blue Ox Exteriors — educating homeowners, performing inspections, and guiding customers through the insurance restoration process after storms.

No roofing or sales experience required. We provide full training, tools, and ongoing support.

• Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and generate new leads
• Perform roof and property inspections (training provided)
• Educate homeowners on storm damage and insurance restoration
• Assist customers throughout the insurance claim process
• Build trust through clear communication and a premium customer experience
• Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
