The Role

We’re hiring a hungry, coachable SDR to help drive new business in a services‑based environment. You’ll work closely with leadership, make outbound calls, start real conversations, and learn how to sell the right way.

What You’ll Do
  • Research target accounts and decision‑makers
  • Make outbound calls and personalized outreach
  • Manage outreach sequences across multiple channels
  • Qualify prospects and set meetings
  • Participate in meetings as needed
  • Track activity and outcomes in CRM
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of sales, recruiting, or client‑facing experience
  • Staffing, recruiting, or professional services background is a plus
  • Experience understanding ideal customer profile and conducting prospecting research
  • Comfortable cold calling
  • High energy, professional, and a good listener
  • Coachable, disciplined, and self‑motivated
  • Willing to work onsite
