Rally House is a specialty retailer that carries local team gear and community apparel. Our stores are looking for passionate team members who love sports, people, and creating memorable experiences.

• Communicate effectively with guests, managers, and associates.
• Uphold company standards for merchandising presentation.
• Generate sales, add‑on sales, and develop relationships with guests.
• Ensure guests remain the top priority.
• Handle cash accurately and ring transactions.

• Works under moderate supervision.
• Communicates clearly and confidently.
• Detail oriented with an enthusiastic attitude.
• Functional skills to use basic digital devices.

• Must have the physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and differentiate colors.
• Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Hourly: $16.82 – $18.82.
