Compensation: $16-24/hr starting DOE + HIMALI Store Credit + Industry Pro Deals

We are looking for a retail sale specialists for all of our retail locations. This is an exciting opportunity to grow a fast growing, Colorado based company. You will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience and ensuring high customer satisfaction by properly outfitting them for their outdoor activities. Secondarily, you will also be responsible for fulfilling online orders, processing exchanges/returns and maintaining an appealing storefront.

This position requires in-depth technical gear knowledge and great people skills.

• Enjoys learning about outdoor apparel and communicating this knowledge to others.
• Well organized with strong attention to detail.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• You are outgoing and friendly while retaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• You will have a solid knowledge of what it means to be an outdoor adventurer and have expertise in areas like: mountaineering, backpacking, climbing (rock, ice, mixed), trail running, & camping, as well as how the proper gear can contribute to a great experience outside.
• You have a strong enthusiasm for HIMALI as a brand.
