We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our La Junta clinic, offering an in-person Monday-Thursday schedule.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care and pain management services with a focus on patient-centered, long-term relationships.
- Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat medical conditions, interpret tests, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and educate patients.
- Coordinate care with specialists and stay current with medical best practices.
Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited program, active Colorado license, 2-4 years clinical experience, strong communication skills, compassionate and collaborative.
