• Provide high-quality, individualized patient care in a senior living environment
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess, plan, and evaluate care
• Administer medications and document all treatments accurately
• Respond to changes in patient condition with appropriate interventions
• Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures
• Assist with discharge planning and maintain proper documentation
• Start IVs, change dressings, and support physicians during exams

• Current, active, and unencumbered Colorado RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• CPR certification
• 1+ year of RN experience
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Willingness to adapt to a dynamic care environment and new settings
