Overview
We are seeking Process Operators across multiple experience levels (I–V) to support the end-to-end production of supply products from raw materials to finished goods. Using highly automated equipment in a fast-paced environment, you'll be part of a team committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. These positions are essential to maintaining consistent production, supporting TPM, and upholding our operational standards.

- Operate manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products per SOPs
- Perform daily safety checks, clean production areas, and conduct routine maintenance
- Use appropriate PPE and maintain safety standards throughout each shift
- Record production data, collect samples, and ensure proper documentation
- Support TPM initiatives and assist with inventory tracking and shift-to-shift handoffs
- Operate forklifts as needed (stand-up/sit-down, depending on area)
- Stay informed via daily email and corporate communication tools
- Level I:
No prior experience required. Willingness to learn and follow manufacturing and safety procedures. - Level II:
Minimum 1 year in manufacturing. Basic process knowledge with interest in Lean practices. - Level III: 3+ years of manufacturing experience. Proven ability to self‑direct and contribute to quality and process improvements.
- Level IV: 5+ years with strong maintenance (TPM) and lab-based quality experience.
- Level V: 10+ years in chemical manufacturing. Skilled in TPM and process improvement leadership.
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Ability to stand, crouch, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Attention to detail and focus on workplace safety
- Flexibility to support multiple areas as business needs evolve
- Comfort using digital tools to check schedules and communications
- Willingness to work weekends based on production demand
- Pay Range: $19.00–$28.00 per hour based on experience and level
- Shift Differential: 10.0% for 2nd shift / 12.5% for 3rd shift
