With the transition of Acreage Holdings to Canopy USA, LLC in December 2024, Canopy USA, LLC is now positioned to consolidate operations across its three business units – Wana, Jetty, and Acreage – realizing synergies, cost savings, and supporting growth in state-legal markets across the U.S. Through coverage of key market segments including flower via Superflux, vape and concentrates via Jetty, edibles and beverages via Wana, and retail through The Botanist, Canopy USA, LLC is well positioned to accelerate growth with an emphasis on the Midwestern and Northeastern U.S. markets.

The Packaging Technician I at Wana Brands is responsible for packaging our world class cannabis edibles into industry leading packaging materials. The Packaging Technician will operate state-of-the-art high-speed equipment while following the guidance and leadership of Wana Brands management team.

• Work in a team with packaging technicians to maintain productivity and sanitary conditions.
• Perform autonomous maintenance tasks as scheduled and as needed.
• Coordinating with the Packaging Manager and Leads as to tasks and projects that need to be accomplished.
• Operate packaging machinery.
• Must follow all quality, food safety, and GMP requirements.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high attention to detail.

• This position has no direct reports or supervisory responsibility.

• Perform other duties as assigned or required to meet business needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bonus if you have proven experience in a GMP or HACCP environment.

• Must have, or be able to obtain, an MED Badge issued through the state of Colorado.

  Serve, Serv Safe, and/or Green Flower Food Handler Certificate, or ability to receive qualifications within 30 days of hiring.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Annual compensation commensurate with experience from $19.00 - $23.00

• This position regularly works normal business hours, Monday – Thursday, 6:00a-4:30p. Please confirm with the supervisor regarding the expected working schedule.
• Travel is not expected.
• This position is not exempt from overtime pay.
