Fabricate precision optical components from initial print through finished product;
Perform beveling, milling, blocking, grinding, polishing, curve generation, and inspection;
Perform detailed inspections, measurements, and in-process quality checks;
Monitor and maintain fabrication conditions, including Baume and pH levels;
Support and mentor junior technicians and assist with training; potential to lead projects as experience grows
