We are seeking a Technician I to join our manufacturing operations team in Boulder, Colorado. In this hands-on role, you will support the production, testing, and troubleshooting of advanced medical generator products, including VLFT
10GE
N and VLFX8

GEN models. You will work closely with cross-functional manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure product quality, equipment reliability, and smooth production flow.
** Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
*** Analyze test results from equipment that do not meet performance specifications and systematically troubleshoot to identify root causes.
* Operate generator testing machines and related production equipment; conduct functional tests and document results in accordance with established procedures.
* Perform routine diagnostics, calibration, alignment checks, adjustments, and component replacements to ensure testing equipment accuracy and reliability.
* Perform assigned duties on the production line, including assembly and rework activities, to support manufacturing schedules and quality requirements.
* Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and workstation organization to ensure efficient, safe, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

** Must Have:

Minimum Requirements

*** Requires high school diploma or equivalent (United States), vocational or technical education or certification (all other countries).
** Nice to Have
*** Vocational or technical education in electronics and mechanical fields
* Foundational knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems, including components, assemblies, or basic circuitry
* Basic computer skills and experience with documentation or manufacturing software
* Ability to follow detailed work instructions and demonstrate a strong focus on quality and safety
