Must be able to work the assigned schedule. No flexible days and times. The role is Mon‑Fri, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Some overtime may be available, but flexible scheduling is not offered.

This is a 1st shift role. 7a to 330p M‑F. Some OT may be available but not the standard. No flex schedules.

The candidate will use their hands to fulfill orders, ensuring daily quality and minimum standards are met. The role requires attention to detail and working with match media mailing.

• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Satisfy customers according to company standards of quality and output by preparing, scanning, inspecting, compiling, assembling, and binding documents
• Be cross‑trained and demonstrate the skill set for scan‑to‑file tasks including traditional copy, oversize, color, mail outs, and on‑site functions
• Achieve time‑productive statistics by meeting standards established at the facility
• Maintain optimal machine performance by correcting simple machine problems and having a working knowledge of machine codes to report equipment failure
• Complete all paperwork in a timely, accurate and legible manner by reading and writing in English
• Troubleshoot problems by communicating effectively and promptly with the manager
• Prevent assembly errors by maintaining an organized workstation

• Ability to work with hands and complete repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to meet daily production goals while maintaining high‑quality standards
• Previous experience in fulfillment or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with match media mailing preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work authorization

• Seasonal, project‑based position that requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
• Work schedule may vary depending on production needs, with some overtime offered
• Work environment may be noisy and require the use of personal protective equipment
