As a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor at Norton Gold Fields, you are responsible for the overall performance of both the Open Pit mining fleets, ensuring safety, availability and cost targets are met while maintaining the mobile asset integrity and reliability.

• Oversee major contractor relationships, including quarterly reviews and invoice approval.
• Monitor and address KPI variances, labour overruns, and review contract claims promptly.
• Ensure best pricing for non-MARC responsibilities and allocate costs accurately within relevant departments.
• Sign off on variations and review all purchase orders before approval.
• Monitor tyre performance, purchase, maintenance, and contractor tyre management program to minimise downtime.
• Conduct regular pit tours to assess hauling conditions and collaborate with the Open Pit Superintendent.
• Monitor critical spare stock to minimise downtime and ensure smooth operations.

• At least 3 years
  in a Supervisor role within the mining industry or similar (Essential).
• Trade qualified with
  AUR
  30999 Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical
  or equivalent.(Essential)
• Familiar with Open Pit mining equipment maintenance, heavy mobile and light vehicle fleets. (Essential).
• Current, unrestricted Western Australian Class “C” Driver’s Licence(Essential).
• Previous experience with CMMS, SAP, Pronto or similar software (Desirable).
• Experience with contractual administration. (Desirable).

• Permanent full-time role with an immediate start.
• Excellent remuneration package with additional allowances.

• Receive up to $5k site allowance per annum, depending on your site location.
