The RoleThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the organization, efficiency, and day-to-day execution of Ripton’s warehouse operations. This role manages the pick/pack team, oversees inventory flow, and ensures the warehouse runs smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on process, organization, and team management – and who is comfortable stepping in to support during peak periods when needed.
Responsibilities- Optimize fulfillment process for DTC and B2B orders
- Manage and schedule the warehouse pick/pack team
- Ensure warehouse layout and inventory organization optimize space usage and minimize picking time
- Receive inbound inventory and coordinate space planning for deliveries
- Lead bi-annual inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Track and report KPIs including miss-pick rate, packing time, and order accuracy
- Partner closely with Director of Operations and demand planner to align inventory flow
- Partner closely with marketing team to be prepared for key launch dates and sales
- Maintain packing supplies and place orders as needed
- Step in to support warehouse execution during peak seasons and holidays
- Continuously improve warehouse processes to support scale and efficiency
- 5-7+ years of warehouse or fulfillment management experience
- Proven experience managing and scheduling teams
- Strong organizational and process optimization skills
- Experience tracking KPIs and using data to improve performance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment
- Apparel, e-commerce, or DTC experience is a plus
- Experience working with inventory management systems;
Finale Inventory experience is a plus
