Overview
The Boulder Country Club is seeking a motivated and dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the daily care and continuous improvement of our facilities and amenities. This position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance, safety, and overall member experience throughout the property.
Full-Time | Facilities Department
Reports To: Facilities Director
- Perform interior and exterior painting, patching, and finish work to maintain a polished appearance throughout club facilities.
- Complete scheduled power washing and exterior cleaning of walkways, patios, courts, and building surfaces.
- Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify and address aesthetic or maintenance concerns proactively.
- Perform general maintenance tasks including minor repairs, adjustments, and preventative upkeep.
- Support HVAC and mechanical maintenance activities.
- Support light custodial detailing to ensure member-facing areas remain clean and well-presented.
- Assist with seasonal projects, facility upgrades, and operational setup needs.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in an organized and professional manner.
- Work independently to complete assigned projects while coordinating with the Facilities team as needed.
- Participate in rotating on-call support schedule.
- Support departmental operations by completing additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Facilities Director, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager.
- Takes ownership of assigned areas and follows projects through to completion.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Comfortable working in an active, member-focused hospitality environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks without constant supervision.
- Values teamwork, professionalism, and reliability.
- Maintenance or facilities experience in hospitality, residential, commercial, or similar environments.
- Painting, finishing, or aesthetic maintenance experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with common maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent walking, bending, climbing ladders, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
The Facilities team directly shapes how members experience the Club each day. This position contributes to creating a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained environment that reflects pride, professionalism, and attention to detail.
