A leading property management company in Colorado is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of residential properties. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in building maintenance, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades. You will manage maintenance requests, ensure timely apartment turnovers, and maintain the safety and cleanliness of the community.
