At Enveda, every role drives impact. As a Program Strategy Manager in R&D, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering hope to patients everywhere. Your expertise in leading timelines and deliverables across multiple R&D programs will be critical in accelerating our mission to turn scientific and commercial goals into clear, testable plans, because every breakthrough starts with bold questions and brave actions.

• Lead timelines and deliverables across multiple R&D programs.
• Turn scientific and commercial goals into clear, testable plans with explicit decision gates.
• Proactively manage risks and maintain tight coordination across R&D, CMC, and external partners.
• Serve as the primary liaison with CROs for study design, execution, and reporting.
• Monitor data quality and deliver concise, actionable readouts to internal teams.
• Own the operating cadence including Gantt, risk register, decision logs, and study trackers.

• Builder mentality. You want responsibility, not permission. You move under uncertainty and keep momentum when the path isn’t marked.
• Commercially minded scientist. You connect data to claims, differentiation, and launch timing - not just publications.
• Systems-level organizer. Extremely structured: crisp plans, clean docs, reliable follow-ups, ruthless prioritization.
• Curious. You learn fast, ask hard questions, and change course when the data demands it.

• 2-5 years of experience in R&D or operations in biotech.
• Solid scientific literacy to design and interpret experiments and work with CROs.
• Experience running multi-workstream timelines, risk management, and vendor coordination.
• A degree in a biological sciences field is required.
