Senior Associate, Identity and Access Management (IAM)

KPMG, a global provider of audit, tax, and advisory services, is seeking a Senior Associate, Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our Global Technology & Group within KPMG International.

• Manage quarterly access recertification campaigns to ensure IT compliance with SailPoint.
• Prepare compliance reporting and evidence management.
• Collaborate with leadership, third‑party vendors, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical IAM requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot problematic application integrations.
• Work effectively with virtual and geographically diverse teams.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

• Minimum three years of recent experience with SailPoint.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent of three years' work experience.
• Passion for IT compliance focusing on identity and access controls, including mitigation experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, Service Now, Cyber Ark, and Linux.
