We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Chief of Staff with strong program management expertise to partner directly with our CEO. This role is designed for a rising leader eager to step into an operational leadership position at a high‑growth SaaS cybersecurity company.

The Chief of Staff will serve as both a strategic thought partner and the enterprise program manager, ensuring our company planning processes run smoothly and our teams deliver on commitments. This is an opportunity to work closely with the CEO and executive team, influencing decisions, driving execution, and learning how to scale a business.

Given our AI‑first orientation, we are especially seeking a candidate who brings a passion for applying AI to business analysis and driving AI leverage across the company. This leader should possess strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to use AI tooling and APIs to integrate datasets and deliver insights that fuel smarter decisions and operational excellence.

• Own quarterly planning, OKR setting, and company‑wide sprint planning processes.
• Serve as the central “program manager” across the company—standardizing project management, monitoring execution, and ensuring accountability for deliverables.
• Track and report progress against key initiatives, escalating risks and bottlenecks.
• Establish and refine operating cadences (executive meetings, board prep, all‑hands, planning cycles).
• Plan and drive board meeting cadence.
• Work with CEO, executive team and finance to synthesize and prepare board materials.
• Support CEO in managing investor relationships and communications.
