• 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
• 2 years of experience in recruiting for technical or non-technical profiles in an agency or corporate setting.

• 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
• 3 years of experience closing applicants and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience participating for talent.
• Experience in solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor.
• Ability to manage customer relationship management, provide customer consultative skills, and work in a large-team environment.
• Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to take initiative and build relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills with effective attention to detail.
