• 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
• 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.

• 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
• 3 years of experience closing applicants and negotiating compensation packages leveraging experience participating for talent.
• Experience in solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
• Ability to leverage customer relationship management, provide customer consultative skills, and work in a large-team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
• Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,000-$159,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
