We are looking for a strategic member to join our firm as a human resources manager.
Our human resources manager performs critical responsibilities that include management of the human resources function.
It includes recruiting, retention, succession planning, employee relations, employee development, and compensation and benefits administration.
The successful candidates will have 6+ years of experience managing human resources function for a law firm or other professional services.
Other critical skills include an exceptional understanding of employment law and human resource management concepts, ability to analyze and make recommendations on human resources matters, excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, computer and database skills, strong project management and consulting skills and excellent interpersonal skills. PHR certification preferred.
The salary range is $85,000 to $100,000 based on experience.
