As Floor Manager/Shift Lead at Verde, you will utilize your knowledge of positional skills, floor management, marketing, social media, customer service & courtesy, as well as health & safety regulations to provide new insight into day to day operations.

Responsibilities include:

* Reports directly to the General Manager and confers in all decisions of importance.

* Take control of Marketing and social media presence.

* Head catering operations on certain days and push marketing for catering through a variety of avenues.

* Maintains a safe, healthy, and secure facility by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, complying with health and legal regulations, and maintaining security systems.

* Runs the FOH and assists with BOH operations when MOD.

* Actively engages with guests to solicit feedback and build relationships in the community.

* Handles catering assignments that include working and staffing events, parties, and corporate lunches.

* Assists in human resource functions for restaurant staff including selection, training, enforcement of policies and procedures, performance management, development, and team building.

Required Experience:

* 1+ year restaurant experience

* Background in social media marketing management a plus

* Education in marketing a plus

* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.

* Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
