Boulder, CO | Group Private Practice | Hybrid | Flexible Schedule

Foothills CBT, a private group psychology practice in Boulder, CO, is pleased to announce an opportunity for an exceptionally trained and qualified part-time (to full-time) Psychologist interested in joining an evidence-based group practice in Boulder, Colorado.

We are hiring a licensed psychologist to join our vibrant, collaborative group practice in Boulder, Colorado. This hybrid position with a flexible schedule focuses on providing therapy to adolescents, teens, and young adults using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. We are especially interested in applicants that have expertise and interest in pediatric OCD or young adult DBT, though candidates with other specialties will be considered.

The mission of Foothills CBT is to provide excellent evidence-based therapies for individuals presenting from the community with a variety of concerns, while supporting a supportive, engaging, and fun environment for the treatment team.

Qualifications:
  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical, School or Counseling Psychology.
  • Licensed or license-eligible in Colorado (Psychologist).
  • Experience working with youth, young adult or adult populations.
  • Specialty training and experience in evidence-based psychotherapies such as CBT, DBT and/or ACT.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative

Compensation:
  • Salary: $80,000 – $140,000 annually (prorated for part-time, based on caseload and experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and/or young adults and adults
  • Use CBT, DBT, ACT, and other evidence-based approaches
  • Collaborate with caregivers and/or other providers for continuity of care
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in weekly case consultation and clinical supervision
