Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 annually

Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong passion for functional medicine, wellness, and longevity. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in hormone management and IV therapy, along with the ability to deliver an exceptional patient experience in a fast-growing, cutting‑edge health optimization environment. • Conduct patient assessments and provide individualized treatment plans focused on longevity, wellness, and optimization.
• Perform hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and other functional medicine-based treatments.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and recommend personalized therapies, products, and preventive health measures.
• Order and interpret laboratory results, including bloodwork and diagnostic tests.
• Administer or oversee IV therapies and other regenerative treatments.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and functional health principles.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical and operational teams to ensure an exceptional level of patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation using EMR systems.
• Stay informed on the latest research and trends in integrative, functional, and preventive medicine.
• Support new practice setup and assist with medical provider account creation during the onboarding phase.

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program with current NCCPA certification.
• Valid license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an NP/PA in primary care, integrative medicine, or a related field.
• Functional Medicine Experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in hormone therapy and familiarity with IV therapy is required.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfortable with technology and electronic medical record systems (EMR).
• A genuine interest in health optimization, preventive medicine, and longevity practices.
