Senior Healthcare Associate at Pride Health
Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client’s medical facility based in Boulder, CO 80302. This is a 3-4 month assignment (possibility of extension or conversion), providing a great entry into a top-tier healthcare organization.
Base Pay Range$24.00/hr – $25.00/hr

Duration3–4 months contract (possibility of extension)
ShiftMon‑Fri 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., lunch 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. MST
Payrate$24–25/hr on W‑2 (pay rate based on experience and educational qualifications).
Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and professional environment.
- Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established procedures.
- Verify patient demographic information and obtain patient signatures post‑venipuncture; ensure tubes are correctly labeled and documented.
- Demonstrate organizational commitment, promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.
- Under direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
- Provide quality, error‑free work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Work independently with minimal on‑site supervision.
- Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.
- Flexible and available based on staffing needs; includes weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime.
- Commitment to all policies and procedures, including company dress code, employee health & safety, and Everyday Excellence guiding principles.
- Make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable).
- Travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations; cover patient service center/in‑office phlebotomy sites with minimal notice.
- Handle multiple priorities in a high‑volume setting.
- Demonstrate superior customer focus; communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors and patients.
- Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
- Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
- Minimum 2 years in a patient service center environment preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience working as a phlebotomist.
- Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
