Licensed Group Therapist (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHC) - $30K-75K/year

Join a leading clinician-led behavioral health company! Opti Mind Health  (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate group therapists to join our team. OMH provides superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we’ve specialized in serving both adult and adolescent patients in a supportive outpatient environment. Our practice aims to improve access to holistic and cost-effective mental health care while supporting our clinical staff.

Located overlooking the Flatirons in Boulder, CO, OMH will work with you to find a schedule that supports your work/life balance.

Responsibilities:

The group psychotherapist will participate in OMH’s integrated care team model, collaborating with physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. OMH values interdisciplinary collaboration to provide the highest level of care.

Schedule Flexibility:

  • Daytime and evening group leadership roles available.
  • Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with potential weekend or evening sessions.

Focus on providing group therapy; there are no additional on-call responsibilities. Our support team manages billing, collections, and messaging, allowing clinicians to focus solely on patient care.

Leadership & Advancement:

Education & Licensure:

Must have completed an accredited program and hold licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in Colorado, with the ability to practice independently.
