We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support our growing finance operations across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. This role will be responsible for executing core accounting activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and supporting process improvements and system enhancements as we continue to scale globally.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment and is comfortable working in the details while partnering cross‑functionally to help build and strengthen scalable financial processes.

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:

Accounting & Reporting

• Own day‑to‑day general ledger activities across multiple entities (U.S., Germany, UAE, and others).
• Execute month‑end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and inter‑company transactions.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and support overall P&L accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and variance analyses for leadership.
• Support consolidation and multi‑currency reporting in collaboration with the Senior Accounting Manager.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Support AP/AR workflows, including vendor setup, invoice processing, and payment coordination through
• Partner with project managers and producers to ensure timely client invoicing and collections.
• Assist with expense management and corporate card reconciliations across Expensify, Circula, and related systems.

Process Improvement & Systems

• Partner with operations and production teams to support cost tracking, event settlement, and revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within Quick Books Online and related financial systems.
• Support automation and system integration initiatives across accounting, project, and payroll platforms.

Compliance & Tax

• Maintain compliance with internal controls, company policies, and U.S. GAAP.
• Support global tax compliance and filings in coordination with external advisors (U.S., EU VAT, UAE).
• Prepare supporting schedules for year‑end tax and audit processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within entertainment, production, or creative industries.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and experience working in multi‑entity environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Quick Books Online, , Expensify, Google Sheets, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally across departments and geographies.
• Proven ability to manage detailed, high‑volume work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Exposure to multi‑currency or international accounting operations.
• Experience in live entertainment, events, or production environments.
• Experience supporting system implementations or finance automation initiatives.
