Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update standard costs, bills of materials, and routings within the ERP system.
- Perform variance analysis on materials, labor, and overhead and provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Support monthly close by completing inventory valuation, cost allocations, and required reporting.
- Assist in preparing and updating forecasts, cost projections, and financial scenarios.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliations while resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and forecasting skills to support cost accuracy and financial insight.
- Communicate effectively with strong organizational and problem?solving abilities.
- Collaborate with cross?functional teams to validate production data and support operational decision?making.
- Apply attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in managing financial information.
- Work efficiently in a fast?paced manufacturing environment while maintaining data integrity.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of cost accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Understand standard costing, variance analysis, inventory accounting, and financial forecasting.
- Use ERP systems effectively, with IQMS/DELMIAWorks considered a plus, and demonstrate advanced Excel proficiency.
- Leverage experience contributing to financial reports, P&L forecasts, and corporate planning activities.
