• Oversee all consumer compliance programs and risk assessments
• Lead the Compliance Committee and maintain policies, procedures, and training

• Serve as the primary contact for regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders
• Review loan documentation and ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment
• Manage CRA and SAFE Act responsibilities
• Oversee HMDA reporting and key system administration (iCore, Laser Pro, Accu Account)
• Support enterprise risk management and vendor compliance
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and hands‑on support across the Bank

• 7+ years banking compliance/lending experience
• Working knowledge of consumer compliance regulations (TRID, ECOA, TILA, HMDA, CRA, etc.)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
• Experience with iCore, Laser Pro, or Accu Systems is a plus

• The position’s pay range starts anywhere between $85,000 to $110,000 annually
• An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance
