School Psychologist

School Psychologist Requirements- Graduate Degree (M.A., Ed.S., M.S. Ed., Ph.D., Ed.D., or Psy.
D.) in psychology, social work, or counseling. - School Psychologist Certificate in the state of Colorado.
- Must be able to obtain and hold a valid Colorado Department of Public Safety Level One IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card at all times.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids, hear and understand speech at normal levels, speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone, and understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Physical ability for frequent walking, standing, stooping, lifting up to approximately 25 pounds and occasional lifting of equipment and/or materials weighing up to approximately 40 pounds may be required.
Job Description
- Location(s):
Boulder, CO. Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location. - Recruitment Specialists can discuss in detail upon application to connect you to the classroom and best suits your experience and skillset.
- Contract through the 2025/2026 school year – Up to 35 hours per week. Contract follows the academic district calendar.
- Consult and collaborate with school staff, parents, and outside agency personnel regarding psycho-educational needs of middle school students.
- Conduct assessments of children, as deemed appropriate.
- Promote educational success and advocate for the academic and mental needs of students.
$1,855 – $2,100 per week
