BMC is recruiting one full‑time or part‑time physiatrist to practice at its Boulder County clinics. The position is 100% outpatient with no inpatient component.

• Experience diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Procedure‑based pain management.
• Order clinically appropriate imaging (X‑rays, CT, ultrasound, MRI).
• Perform and recommend trigger‑point, soft‑tissue, and joint injections as well as fluoroscopy/sedation injections.
• Perform EMG/diagnostic ultrasound.
• Recommend consultation with orthopedists, neurologists, psychologists, spine specialists, and pain management specialists.
• Treat neuropathic pain.
• Botulinum toxin injections for spasticity.
• Knowledge of CPT codes and reimbursement.
