We’re looking for a full-time Project Architect (licensed or not) to join our client in Boulder, CO.
Requirements- B. Arch or M Arch.
- 2+ years’ experience with small commercial/residential projects: emphasis on custom residential
- Strong Revit proficiency REQUIRED. 6 years minimum. We utilize a Revit ‘exercise’ prior to employment.
- Be able to develop architectural drawings from concept to SD, DD & CD.
- Exercise quality control of one’s own work and time.
- Detail oriented.
- Self-motivated.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Positive, helpful, "can do", team player attitude is a must.
- AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop required.
- Ideal candidates will have both residential and commercial experience in small to mid-sized projects.
