- 2+ years experience with small commercial/residential projects: emphasis on custom residential
- Strong Revit proficiency REQUIRED
. 6 year minimum. We utilize a Revit ‘exercise’ prior to employment. - Strong drafting, design, graphics & written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to develop architectural drawings from concept to SD, DD & CD.
- Exercise quality control of ones own work and time.
- Self‑motivated.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Positive, helpful, "can do", team player attitude is a must.
- Auto Cad Architecture, Revit, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop required.
- Ideal candidates will have both residential and commercial experience in small to mid-sized projects.
- Open to on-site / remote hybrid position.
- We require our staff to live within a 15 mile radius of Boulder.
- The position is for an in-house position. Remote candidates will not be considered.
